Charlotte joined Hillingdon Homes' Board in July 2007. Working as a solicitor in a firm based in West London, specialising in social housing property law, she works mainly with housing associations and local authorities, and has done so since qualifying as a solicitor.
Charlotte's interest in housing stemmed from her graduate studies; having earned a law degree she went on to study for Master of Laws and a Master of Arts (housing studies) degrees. Her initial interest in taking up the role of a board member was sparked when she realised her professional background and experience could add some valuable skills and experience to Hillingdon Homes. Charlotte comments that "I really enjoy working with the other board members, and to taking an active role on decision making that affects the services that our customers receive from us".
