With a keen sense of community, Joe Burns is not only a Hillingdon Homes Director, but has been on the Board of the Women's Pioneer Housing Trust since 1994.
As a professional Quantity Surveyor, Joe works with a large central London Practice of Project Managers and Cost Consultants therefore has a good understanding of the work HH delivers. He has worked on many prestigious buildings in London and the Thames Valley and his clients include the Bank of England, Magdalen College Oxford and the Shell Petroleum Co as well as many Housing Associations and Charitable Trusts.
Joe was born and raised in North West London, living in the London Borough of Hillingdon for the last 29 years – his wife works locally and is a medical secretary at Hillingdon Hospital.
