From 28th September 2009 Hillingdon Homes will be requiring 2 passport sized photographs of everyone signing for a Hillingdon council tenancy.
This is covered within paragraph 2.3 of the tenancy agreement. It will assist with the identification process and prevention of tenancy fraud.
Applicants will be reminded at viewings and at the offer stage to bring their photos along with them to the sign up stage.
