Welcome to your new Tenant Handbook. It provides information for council tenants about Hillingdon's Housing Service.We have tried to make it as easy to use as possible, while still including all the information you need.We would suggest that after you have read through it to put it away in a safe but easily found place, so it is always on hand if you should need it. Most of the information in this guide is about services provided by Hillingdon Homes but we have also included further information about other services that the council provides that you may need to use as a council tenant.
We will keep this guide updated and would welcome any views that you have about other information you would like to see included.
